Qualified English Teacher
The Qualified English Teacher position centres on supporting lessons, learning activities, behaviour, assessment, or childcare routines according to the role. It would suit someone who can bring foster a positive learning environment that encourages students to develop confidence in reading, writing, speaking, and critical thinking to the role.
Role overview
Work with teachers, children, learners, families, or colleagues to keep progress and safety on track. Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
Learning support involved
Supporting lessons, learning activities, behaviour, assessment, or childcare routines according to the role. Delivering engaging and high-quality English Language and English Literature lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach Key Stage 5 where applicable. Preparing creative lessons that challenge and motivate students of all abilities.
