Qualified Nursery Practitioner

Qualified Nursery Practitioner focuses on supporting the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and eyfs frameworks are adhered to.

What the role involves

• Supporting the nursery to grow and perform at a high standard, whilst ensuring that all legislation and EYFS frameworks are adhered to.
• Create inspirational, creative, and effective learning environments in line with the needs of the children and the nursery.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of children through a confident knowledge of safeguarding processes and procedures.
• Implement the EYFS with a good understanding of child development.
• Reporting any issues of concern to a senior team member or relevant services.
• Work in partnership with parents and our partners to ensure our children thrive.

Skills and requirements

• Support children at mealtimes ensuring these provide a positive social experience for the children.

Confirmed role details

• Monday to Thursday 36 hours per week including a 1 hour unpaid lunch break.
• Starting from £22,880 per annum (dependent on qualifications(s) and experience).
• Monkey Puzzle Lightwater are looking for a qualified (Level 2) Nursery Practitioner to join their team.
