Quality and Compliance Lead

Quality and Compliance Lead focuses on ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies, including ofsted and cqc.

What the role involves

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies, including Ofsted and CQC.
• Develop and implement audit tools in line with current regulatory requirements.
• Lead quarterly formal feedback meetings with service managers.
• Develop quality and compliance working groups to stress test policies, procedures, and systems.
• Produce monitoring reports, newsletters, guidance notes, and statistical information to support service improvements.
• Review implementation of Data Protection policies and procedures across all staff.

Confirmed role details

• Full-time, 40 hours per week (flexible – may include evenings and weekends as required).
• £35,000 – £40,000 per annum dependant on experience.
