Quality and Compliance Lead
Quality and Compliance Lead focuses on ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies, including ofsted and cqc.
What the role involves
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory bodies, including Ofsted and CQC.
- Develop and implement audit tools in line with current regulatory requirements.
- Lead quarterly formal feedback meetings with service managers.
- Develop quality and compliance working groups to stress test policies, procedures, and systems.
- Produce monitoring reports, newsletters, guidance notes, and statistical information to support service improvements.
- Review implementation of Data Protection policies and procedures across all staff.
Confirmed role details
- Full-time, 40 hours per week (flexible – may include evenings and weekends as required).
- £35,000 – £40,000 per annum dependant on experience.
