What the role involves

• The Post holder will.
• ·Support the development and implementation of the Quality Management System (QPulse) in the Department.
• ·Provide training in Quality Management to all staff within the Department of Haematological Medicine.
• ·Contribute to service improvement projects and developments within the Department.
• ·Support staff training and development in regulatory and accreditation schemes to ensure that the Department meets all necessary regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• ·Support the Senior Management Team in ensuring continual improvement and regulatory and accreditation compliance requirements.
