Main responsibilities

Monitoring and inspect ongoing work, including that of sub-contractors, to ensure compliance with project specifications. Reporting any issues with workmanship or materials to the Project Manager and Principal Contractor. Record and report any incidents that could disrupt project timelines to the Project Manager.

Requirements

• Knowledge of construction methods and build sequences (timber frame, traditional build, steel frame, RC frame, facade works).
