Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer focuses on implement all relevant procedures described in the business management system (bms).

What the role involves

• Implement all relevant procedures described in the Business Management System (BMS).
• Ensure that all in-house systems and procedures are updated, revised, and modified to meet the needs of external certification bodies.
• Assisting in the internal process and product audits of the Business Management System (BMS).
• Introduce new systems and procedures where appropriate.
• Reporting to the customer the status of customer claims and ensuring alignment between the customers and Wipac voice.
• Communicate any carry forward lessons learned from quality concerns.

Skills and requirements

• Microsoft Office Predominantly Excel, Power.
• Build relationships from shop floor to director level.
