Role overview
Ensure compliance with AS9100 and support audit activity. Contribute to FAIRs (AS9102) and validation of new or updated processes.
Main responsibilities
Leading continuous improvement activities across manufacturing and quality processes. Own root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Managing non-conformances (NCRs) and customer quality issues end-to-end.

Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of AS9100 and regulated quality environments.
