What needs to be in place
- Supporting and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 and contribute to the development of the Integrated Management System (IMS); knowledge of ISO 14001 & 45001 is advantageous.
- Enhanced Pension Scheme – Employer 5%, raising to 7% after 3 years.
