Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer focuses on customer returns process.

What the role involves

• Customer Returns Process.
• Supporting Investigation & Fault Finding.
• Material Review Board (MRB).
• CAPA Management (8D Elephant Chart).
• Conduct Internal Audits i.a.w. plan.

Skills and requirements

• An AS9100 Aerospace Quality Management System Qualification and.
• Competent in the use of common IT software including Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of all common Core Quality tools including PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, 8D and MSA.
• Strong interpersonal skills with experience in negotiating, having difficult conversations, and the ability to communicate at all levels across the business.
