Quality Engineer focuses on support root cause investigations using structured methodologies (8d, 5 whys, fishbone, fta, pdca).

What the role involves

• Support root cause investigations using structured methodologies (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone, FTA, PDCA).
• Driving issue resolution across cross-functional teams, including.
• Supporting complete vehicle testing and validation.
• Ensure achievement of refinement and quality targets.
• Present technical findings to stakeholders and senior management.
• Apply strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive resolution.

Skills and requirements

• Automotive/Engineering degree or equivalent automotive experience preferred.
• Ability to Plan work/Events and organise detailed activity to deliver the outcomes.
• Resolve complex issues through leading cross functional teams.
• Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Confirmed role details

• Rate: £27.20 per hour.
• Contract (Inside IR35).
