Quality Engineer

Quality Engineer focuses on liaise with customers on quality requirements.

What the role involves

• Liaise with customers on quality requirements.
• Maintaining and improve the Quality Management System (ISO 9001).
• Support corrective actions (NCRs, CAPAs).
• Lead structured problem solving (e.g. 5 Whys, DMAIC).
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Analysing quality and production data to identify trends and improvements.

Skills and requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in engineering/manufacturing.
• Experience in a Quality Engineer role.
• Background in regulated industries such as defence or aerospace.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
