Quality Inspector

Quality Inspector focuses on carry out first-off, in-process, and final inspection of precision-engineered components and assemblies.

What the role involves

• Carry out first-off, in-process, and final inspection of precision-engineered components and assemblies.
• Inspect components against detailed engineering drawings, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections to ensure components meet exacting quality standards and tight tolerances.
• Complete inspection reports, quality documentation, and manufacturing records accurately and efficiently.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Experience using a wide range of manual inspection and measuring equipment.
• Experience inspecting precision-machined components to tight tolerances.
• Experience working within Motorsport, Formula One™, Automotive, Aerospace, or other high-precision manufacturing sectors.
