Quality Inspector / Quality Control Technician / Precision Engineering

Quality Inspector / Quality Control Technician focuses on manufacturing processes, from initial production to final dispatch.

What the role involves

• Manufacturing processes, from initial production to final dispatch.
• Quality Control Technician you will join a dynamic engineering team in a pivotal role where you will ensure the highest quality standards are met across the engineering.

• Checking First off parts produced mainly on CNC Mills & Lathes.
• Checking batches of components prior to outwork (Plating, Heat Treatment etc).
• Incoming Inspection.

Skills and requirements

• Working as an Inspector in an ISO9001:2015 or AS9100D environment.
• Working in a precision engineering environment, using mechanical measuring equipment, micrometres, gauges, surface plates, dial gauges.
• Programming and using a CMM.
• Experience of PPAP an advantage.
