Quality Lead focuses on support quality improvement initiatives across multiple services.

What the role involves

  • Support quality improvement initiatives across multiple services.
  • Support to operational teams to achieve high standards of care and compliance.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, including NHS organisations, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and Local Authorities.
  • Overseeing governance processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.
  • Supporting services through regulatory inspections and quality assurance activities.
  • Analysing performance data, produce reports, identify trends.

  • Full-Time, Permanent.

Candidate fit

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, governance, compliance, or service improvement within healthcare or social care settings.
  • Experience within mental health, learning disabilities, social care, hospital, or related care environments.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
