Quality Lead focuses on support quality improvement initiatives across multiple services.
What the role involves
- Support quality improvement initiatives across multiple services.
- Support to operational teams to achieve high standards of care and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external partners, including NHS organisations, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and Local Authorities.
- Overseeing governance processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning.
- Supporting services through regulatory inspections and quality assurance activities.
- Analysing performance data, produce reports, identify trends.

- Full-Time, Permanent.
- 33 days annual leave including bank holidays.

Candidate fit
- Proven experience in quality assurance, governance, compliance, or service improvement within healthcare or social care settings.
- Experience within mental health, learning disabilities, social care, hospital, or related care environments.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
