Quality Lead

Quality Lead focuses on provide strategic leadership for quality assurance and compliance across the organisation.

What the role involves

• Provide strategic leadership for quality assurance and compliance across the organisation.
• Ensure provision consistently meets Ofsted, ESFA, DfE, and awarding body requirements.
• Maintaining inspection and audit readiness across all delivery.
• Leading Internal Quality Assurance (IQA) processes and standardisation activity.
• Maintain robust quality assurance frameworks and cycles.
• Monitoring learner experience, retention, achievement, and progression data.

Skills and requirements

• Strong quality assurance and compliance experience within post-16 education.
• Significant experience across apprenticeships and adult skills provision.
• Experience leading IQA and audit readiness activity.
• IQA Qualification (Level 4).
