Quality Manager

Quality Manager focuses on the qm will own e2e product quality from a customer perspective, from concept to launch.

What the role involves

• The QM will own E2E product quality from a customer perspective, from concept to launch.
• They will develop new products and improve existing products to meet customers’ expectations, and partner closely with suppliers to influence product quality.
• They will maintain product quality metrics for their assortment, in alignment with APB Quality goals, including technical product and packaging specifications, tolerances, and qual.
• Update SOPs to develop quality assurance programs.
• They will work with suppliers to ensure adherence to GMP requirements.
• Monitor key performance metrics for suppliers, internal stakeholders, and Amazon customers.

Skills and requirements

• Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
