Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing construction business operating across the M5 corridor between Worces.

Site work involved

Managing all aspects of the commercial and contractual elements of projects. Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation. Ensure financial efficiency throughout.

What helps on site

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Commercial judgement, accuracy, contract awareness, and careful cost control.

Construction skills and requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (preferred).
  • Relevant CSCS, trade, site, surveying, construction, or project experience may be required.
