- Coordinate with key stakeholders.
- Review and negotiate contracts with main contractors and clients.
- Managing subcontractor and supplier procurement, securingpetitive terms.

- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying role.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

- Strongmercial awareness and contract knowledge (NEC/JCT preferred).
