What the role involves

• Coordinate with key stakeholders.
• Review and negotiate contracts with main contractors and clients.
• Managing subcontractor and supplier procurement, securingpetitive terms.
• Monitor project financial performance.
• Maintaining strong clientmunication throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Mechanical or Electrical Quantity Surveying role.
• Full driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

• Attend pre-contract meetings.
• Overseemercial management of projects in line with contract requirements.
• Strongmercial awareness and contract knowledge (NEC/JCT preferred).
