Quantity Surveyor

This Quantity Surveyor role is focused on supporting in managing and delivering a range of packages. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Duties & Responsibilities As Quantity Surveyor you will support the Project Team to keep a close eye on project finances and contractual relationships and assist in managing and de. Preparing tender and contract documents, including liaison with the Projects Team and any necessary consultants.

Site work involved

Assist in managing and delivering a range of packages. Identifying and analysing commercial risks.

Construction skills and requirements

• Projects, particularly capital expenditure, will have a heavy bias towards Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health systems and as such a candidate with skills and experience in Bu.
• Relevant CSCS, trade, site, surveying, construction, or project experience may be required.

Practical information

• Quantity Surveyor - Permanent, Canary Wharf.
• 40 per week, 08.30am - 17.30pm Monday to Friday.
