Quantity Surveyor
Quantity Surveyor focuses on monitor project costs including weekly p&l reporting.
What the role involves
- Monitor project costs including weekly P&L reporting.
- Review contract documents.
- Track the progress and cash flow forecast information.
- Review commercial forecasts, Cost Value Reconciliation (CVRs) and Project Finance Reports.
- Subcontract Forecasting, raising Subcontractor Orders and Negotiating Subcontract terms.
- Preparing subcontract documents, enquiries and assessment of quotations.
Skills and requirements
- Degree qualification (RICS accredited or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
- Ideally you will have experience working in the Utilities industry.
- Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under tight time pressures.
