  • Manage project costs and contractual relationships from mobilisation through to final accounts.
  • Managing procurement, subcontract valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts preparation.
  • Review designs for cost implications and identify value engineering opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.
  • Product training.

Skills and requirements

  • Level 8 Quantity Surveying degree or higher.
  • 3+ years’ relevant experience with subcontractor and client management.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Commutable to Essex.
