- Manage project costs and contractual relationships from mobilisation through to final accounts.
- Managing procurement, subcontract valuations, cost reporting, and final accounts preparation.
- Review designs for cost implications and identify value engineering opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and the project team.
- Product training.
Skills and requirements
- Level 8 Quantity Surveying degree or higher.
- 3+ years’ relevant experience with subcontractor and client management.
- Full UK driving license.
- Commutable to Essex.

- £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
- £60,000 - £80,000 + Car + Car allowance + Bonus.
