An award winning developer is actively seeking a strong quantity surveyor to join their team in the Northern home counties.

This developer has a number of sites in the Hertfordshire & Bedfordshire areas, consisting of 100 unit plus schemes. They deliver quality 3-5 bedroom homes, have a strong pipeline of work & multiple sites currently underway.

Some of your responsibilities will include’

Overall responsibility for the commercial & surveying aspects on sites
Drafting weekly, monthly & quarterly reports
Managing budgets & commercial tasks on major residential schemes
Cost control
Preparing tenders, procuring subcontractors & materials
Liaising with both production & technical teams
Attending all project & team meetings
