As a Quantity Surveyor, the work centres on providing expertise in claims preparation, defense, and resolution while supporting project teams in minimizing disputes. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Where the work sits

Play a critical role in managing and mitigating contractual and commercial risks across the company’s projects. Ability to write clear and precise reports and be able to relay complex information to a diverse range of people.

Site work involved

Provide expertise in claims preparation, defense, and resolution while supporting project teams in minimizing disputes. As a Quantity Surveyor/ Claims Consultant you will report directly to the Group Commercial Director. Preparing and submitting interim applications in line with the contract programme, ensuring timely submission to the client team and securing valuation certificates and payments in.

Construction skills and requirements

  • A background in Quantity Surveying, ideally from a main contracting or sub-contractor background.
