What the role involves

  • Build working relationships with supply chain, consultants, and clients where appropriate.
  • To demonstrate Esh Values and behaviours (Care, Trust, Integrity, Respect, Working Together) towards all colleagues, clients, third parties and the supply chain.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant HND, Degree in Quantity Surveying, Built environment or equivalent, desirable.
  • Minimum of three years’ experience working on projects within construction sector.
  • Working knowledge of contract conditions such as NEC,JCT.
  • Appropriate CSCS card -desirable.

Confirmed role details

  • Timely and accurate assessment and payment of sub-contractors’ applications and issue of payment notifications to sub-contractor.
  • Measurement of quantities both Onsite and from drawings, where required.
  • Timely and accurate evaluation of variations/provisional sum expenditure and monitoring of the same.
  • Accurate production of internal valuations, sub-contract liabilities and cost value reconciliations in line with the Commercial reporting timetable.
