What the role involves

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
• Monitoring project costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Provide accurate financial reporting and cost forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures.
• All other daily tasks performed by a quantity surveyor.

Skills and requirements

• Commutable around West Midlands area.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
• Up to £70,000 p.a (DOE).
