We’re currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join our fantastic Highways team, based at our Snodland site, supporting projects across the South East region. Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 penalty points)Occasional UK travel to support wider team needs.
Site work involved
Managing sub‑contracts: issuing tender enquiries, awarding contracts, and assessing monthly payment applications. Supporting the preparation of monthly CVRs and forecasts (internal and client-facing). Assisting with final account agreements and substantiations.
Construction skills and requirements
- Previous experience in surfacing or highways infrastructure projects.
- NEC3/4 contract experience (highly desirable).
- Solid sub‑contract administration skills.
