- Provide commercial support for the following aspects for projects that operate on a lump sum, remeasurable, target cost, or reimbursable basis.
Skills and requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or in related subject (candidates with appropriate experience may be considered).
- 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying in the nuclear, engineering or construction industry.
- Working knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts (particularly Options C & E).
- Ability to build good relationships with project teams, clients, and the supply chain.
Confirmed role details
- Be responsible for supporting the commercial and contract management of our projects, from inception to final account.
- Negotiation of contract amendments, including review of terms & conditions.
- Subcontract account management, including review of interim applications, preparation of payment certificates, management and assessment of potential changes, and final accounting.
- Commercial reports, including accurate margin forecasting.
