RAW Materials Operator focuses on maintaining strict adherence to all health & safety, quality, and environmental standards while following site policies to ensure a safe working environment.

What the role involves

• Maintaining strict adherence to all Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards while following site policies to ensure a safe working environment.
• Handle all materials according to Quality (Food Safety) standards, completing required quality checks and accurately reporting results.
• Operate various Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) to load/unload vehicles.
• Collaborate with production teams to deliver against plan, ensuring efficiency and performance targets are consistently achieved.
• Managing waste material segregation and recycling according to site standards, supporting our environmental commitments.
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to zero loss and 5S principles.

Confirmed role details

• Job Length: Permanent.
• 4on 4off, 7am - 7pm, 7pm - 7am.
• Monthly product allowance – alcoholic & non-alcoholic options available.
• Company bonus scheme.

Candidate fit

• Recognized RTITB forklift qualification or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English or equivalent qualifications.
