• Follow safeguarding, medication, documentation, or care-plan requirements where they apply.

Skills and requirements

• As a Reablement Care Assistant, your daily visits will focus on empowering your clients.
• 🤝 Rebuilding Confidence – patiently encouraging clients to try tasks themselves.
• 🚶 Mobility & Physiotherapy Support – assisting with transfers, walking, and exercises prescribed by occupational therapists.
• 🍲 Nutrition & Mealtimes – supporting them to safely prepare their own meals and drinks.

Confirmed role details

• 💷 Pay Rates – Per Shift We believe great work deserves great pay.
• £14.20 per hour – Monday to Friday.
• £16.00 per hour – Saturday & Sunday.
• Day: 06:00/07:00 – 14:00.
