Support Worker focuses on supporting and encourage clients with personal care routines.

What the role involves

• Supporting and encourage clients with personal care routines.
• Assisting with meal preparation while promoting independence.
• Help improve mobility and confidence in moving safely.
• Supporting clients with medication routines (where required).
• Encourage access to the community and social activities.
• Work collaboratively to achieve individual goals and outcomes.

• Relevant care, clinical, support, registration, DBS, or safeguarding requirements may apply.

Confirmed role details

• Full-time and Part-time available.
• Morning: 07:00 – 11:00.
• Lunch: 11:00 – 14:30.
• Tea: 15:30 – 18:00.
