Reactive Planner

Reactive Planner focuses on working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will manage work orders, raise purchase orders.

What the role involves

• Working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will manage work orders, raise purchase orders.
• Coordinating reactive and PMC tasks received from internal teams and customers.
• Update work orders through the CAFM system.
• Manage the approval process for subcontracted work.
• Arrange quotations, scheduling, and site attendance with subcontractors.
• Managing task queues, including prioritisation and triage of works.

Skills and requirements

• Experience in a customer service, contact centre, or administrative environment.
• Confidence handling calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks.
• GCSE-level education or an equivalent relevant qualification.
