Reactive Planner
Reactive Planner focuses on working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will manage work orders, raise purchase orders.
What the role involves
- Working closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, you will manage work orders, raise purchase orders.
- Coordinating reactive and PMC tasks received from internal teams and customers.
- Update work orders through the CAFM system.
- Manage the approval process for subcontracted work.
- Arrange quotations, scheduling, and site attendance with subcontractors.
- Managing task queues, including prioritisation and triage of works.
Skills and requirements
- Experience in a customer service, contact centre, or administrative environment.
- Confidence handling calls, emails, and customer enquiries.
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks.
- GCSE-level education or an equivalent relevant qualification.
