This Reading Support Assistant role is focused on involves monitoring specific pupils’ progress towards meeting their individual targets, working closely with the pupils to review and set new targets & keep accurate /up to date re. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.

Practical details
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
- Full Time 8.20am - 3.30pm.
- Additional detail: Flexible working options may be available.
What needs to be in place
- Have experience working with young people 11-16 years , hold strong communication skills & be flexible when supporting the ever-changing needs of pupils.
- All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
