Receiving Bank Warehouse Operative

The Best Connection are currently seeking a Receiving Bank Warehouse Operative to work for a world-renowned luxury department store in Knightsbridge London on an ongoing temporary basis.

Pay Rates:

• £13.50 per hour (rises to £15.29 per hour after 12 weeks)

Hours of Work:

• Working any 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis
• Shift times: Earliest starting from 08:00 - 16:00, Latest finishing time 12:30 - 20:30

Responsibilities of the Receiving Bank Warehouse Operative

• Basic understanding of GDPR relating to customer details
• Assisting with loading and unloading with deliveries.
• Checking delivery paperwork matches the stock
• Counting items and checking for any damaged goods
• Manual lifting and moving of stock around the warehouse
• Putting cardboard in compactors, assisting with putting waste in recycling bins

Requirements of the Receiving Bank Warehouse Operative

• Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player
• Able to follow instructions closely
• Good attention to detail
• Basic reading and maths skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Able to travel easily to Knightsbridge for the shift times
• Basic computer literacy
