• A vibrant Good primary in Merton seeks a creative Reception Teacher to lead an Early Years class from January 2026.
• Delivering high-quality continuous provision and focused adult-led sessions as the Reception Teacher.
• Leading daily phonics, early reading, early maths and personal, social and emotional development as the Reception Teacher.
• Plan next steps as the Reception Teacher.
• Use observation and assessment to track progress.
• Supporting transition into Year 1.

Skills and requirements

• QTS/EYTS or equivalent and recent Reception experience expected of the Reception Teacher.
• The Reception Teacher should be ready to participate in planning prior to January 2026, attend induction in January 2026.
