What the role involves

  • Support young learners at the start of their educational journey within a creative and collaborative environment.
  • Staff work closely together to deliver an engaging curriculum and to nurture pupils’ social, emotional, and academic growth.
  • Deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • · Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children’s curiosity and independence.
  • · Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
  • Ensure progress for every child.

Skills and requirements

  • · Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • · Experience teaching in Early Years or Reception (EYFS).
  • · Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment practices.
  • · Excellent communication and organisational skills.
