What the role involves
- Support young learners at the start of their educational journey within a creative and collaborative environment.
- Staff work closely together to deliver an engaging curriculum and to nurture pupils’ social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- · Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children’s curiosity and independence.
- · Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners.
- Ensure progress for every child.
Skills and requirements
- · Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- · Experience teaching in Early Years or Reception (EYFS).
- · Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and assessment practices.
- · Excellent communication and organisational skills.
