What you would be doing

Warmly greet, welcome, and check in/out patients; provide clear, empathetic information at all times. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments; coordinate with clinical teams to optimise diaries.

What you need

• Minimum 1-2 years in front-of-house or reception roles; dental or hospital reception experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with multiline phone handling, appointment scheduling, billing, and cash reconciliation.
• Proficient or willing to learn clinic practice management systems (EXACT experience is a plus).
