Recovery Coordinator

Recovery Coordinator focuses on the people we support are adults who present with korsakoff's syndrome (alcohol-related brain damage) and mental health needs.

What the role involves

• The people we support are adults who present with Korsakoff's Syndrome (alcohol-related brain damage) and mental health needs.
• Be supporting and encouraging the people we support to engage in activities that enable recovery.
• Develop skills to live as independently as possible.
• Supporting the people, we support identifying recovery star goals and achieving outcomes.

Skills and requirements

• Working to maintain a high level of support that’s required for the service needs.

Confirmed role details

• Shift pattern will be 8.30 am – 4.30 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Candidate fit

• Able to work independently, multitask, organise, and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
• Deliver, whilst keeping a positive attitude under pressure.

Additional role context

• 32 hours per week.
• Confidential, supportive Employee Assistance Programme, accessible 24/7.
• This is within a residential environment & rehabilitation service for 39 individuals.
