What the role involves
- Supporting service users from entry into the service through their treatment and recovery journey.
- Delivering high-quality care to reduce drug and alcohol-related harm.
- Provide advocacy for access to partnership services.
- Assessment & PlanningConduct screening, triage, and risk assessments.Develop recovery plans tailored to individual needs.Assess suitability for group work and onwards referrals.
