Recruitment Consultant - Germany Finance & Accounting Roles

Company Overview

Leading finance and accounting recruitment agency in London seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding international team.

Role: Finance and Accounting Recruitment Consultant (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and place top-tier finance and accounting professionals across the German market
  • Develop and manage relationships with clients and candidates
  • Conduct full 360-degree recruitment cycle, including business development, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement
  • Meet and exceed monthly billing targets
  • Maintain comprehensive candidate and client databases

    • Requirements

  • Fluent German language skills (written and spoken)
  • Minimum 12 months recruitment experience in a 360-billing role
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting sector
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of sales and relationship management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
