THE ROLE

This is a hands-on, full 360° recruitment consultancy role focused exclusively on the IT and technology sector across the South West. You'll be working with a broad range of commerce and industry clients — building relationships, winning new business, and making quality permanent placements that make a genuine difference to the businesses and candidates you work with.

You'll be given access to a strong suite of tools and a market-leading CRM to help you identify, engage and convert your target audience — but make no mistake, this role is about people, not just process. The ability to build trust quickly and sustain long-term relationships is what sets our best consultants apart.
