Skills and requirements

• A mixture of new business calling and managing existing relationships.
• Arranging interviews.
• Placing candidates into roles.

Candidate fit

• Candidate communication, organisation, follow-up, and confidence handling recruitment processes.

• Ongoing customer service with both the schools and the teachers.
