• We're now expanding our contract function into the US market and we're looking for an ambitious, experienced 360 recruitment consultant to lead that charge.
• Reporting into our Managing Consultant and working alongside some of our biggest billers, you'll take full 360 ownership of a contract recruitment desk focused on the US Advanced E.
• Running a full 360 contract desk covering business development, client management, and candidate delivery.
• Headhunting and networking to identify top contract talent via LinkedIn, our database, and beyond.

Candidate fit

• candidate communication, organisation, follow-up, and confidence handling recruitment processes

Additional role context

• Proven track record running a 360 desk.
• Clean Tech, Aerospace, Defence, or a related technical sector is highly desirable.
• Lucrative commission with no thresholds and no caps.
