What the role involves

• Own the full 360° recruitment cycle, from business development to placing top engineering talent.
• Manage new clients using strategic outreach, networking, and confident pitching.
• Source and place exceptional engineering talent across civil, mechanical, electrical, and other technical disciplines.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates as a trusted advisor.
• Ensure a seamless, professional experience for both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within one of the engineering sector.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant HR, recruitment, people advisory, administration, ATS, or employee-relations experience may be useful.

Candidate fit
