What the role involves

  • Be able to manage your own work load and self-motivate.
  • Updating the in-house availability system.
  • Writing candidate profiles for candidates.
  • Performing right to work checks on candidates.
  • Attending sites to discuss job roles with clients.
  • Liaising with clients to update them on the clients we have available.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant HR, recruitment, people advisory, administration, ATS, or employee-relations experience may be useful.
  • Experience in recruitment would be desired but not essential to the role.

Additional role context

  • Monday - Thursday 8am to 4:30pm Friday 8am - 1pm.
  • 80% of Masstemps management team and 90% of our staff overall started at Masstemps as trainees.
  • Computer literate and have strong administration skills.
