What the role involves
- Be able to manage your own work load and self-motivate.
- Updating the in-house availability system.
- Writing candidate profiles for candidates.
- Performing right to work checks on candidates.
- Attending sites to discuss job roles with clients.
- Liaising with clients to update them on the clients we have available.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant HR, recruitment, people advisory, administration, ATS, or employee-relations experience may be useful.
- Experience in recruitment would be desired but not essential to the role.

- They source candidates for casual, short term or long-term employment across a range of industries, from permanent office jobs to temporary cover in manufacturing environments.

- Confident in telephone duties and handling calls.

Additional role context
- Monday - Thursday 8am to 4:30pm Friday 8am - 1pm.
- 80% of Masstemps management team and 90% of our staff overall started at Masstemps as trainees.
- Computer literate and have strong administration skills.
