- Outbound calls to nurseries to re-engage accounts and pass leads to the Business Development Manager.
- Data Integrity: Managing all activity within our CRM (Zoho) to ensure a seamless workflow.
- 7am–4pm / 8am–5pm.
- Mainly office-based in Birstall (WF17), with 1–2 days WFH.
Candidate fit
- An organised, people-smart Recruitment Coordinator to run our London desk from our Birstall office.
- Advertising roles, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and managing strict compliance (DBS, Right to Work, references).

- Having established a strong presence in West Yorkshire, we are rapidly expanding across London.
- Bookings & Temp Coordination: Filling shifts quickly through daily ring rounds and maintaining a healthy temp pool.
- A Natural Communicator: You enjoy being on the phone and building rapport.
