- Proven track record in financial services recruitment with demonstrable billings.
- Leadership credibility – ability to inspire, develop and manage high-performing teams.
Job details
- Outstanding earning potential – average placement fees exceed £100k.
- Work-life balance – later start times (11am) to align with US East Coast hours.
- Up to £90,000 + Uncapped Commission + Team Override + Equity Share.
- London (5 days office-based, potential for 1 day WFH after qualifying period).
