Main responsibilities
Supporting service improvements and follow standard operating procedures. Carry out real-time data entry onto recruitment systems and SharePoint. Log, process, and store pre-employment documentation securely.

Requirements
- At least 1 year’s experience in a clerical or administrative role.
- 5 GCSEs (Grades A–C) including English Language (or equivalent/higher qualification).
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
Job details

- Involves a high level of data entry, document handling, and responding to enquiries, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
