Job description

As a Recruitment Support Officer Band 2, the work centres on supporting service improvements and follow standard operating procedures. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Role overview

Main responsibilities

Supporting service improvements and follow standard operating procedures. Carry out real-time data entry onto recruitment systems and SharePoint. Log, process, and store pre-employment documentation securely.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year’s experience in a clerical or administrative role.
  • 5 GCSEs (Grades A–C) including English Language (or equivalent/higher qualification).
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.

Job details

  • Be trained across all areas to ensure service continuity during busy periods and staff absence.
  • Involves a high level of data entry, document handling, and responding to enquiries, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
