Refurb Centre Technician focuses on diagnose root causes of product returns and carry out refurbishment of returned or broken water home systems, following specifications and training provided by the quality manager.

What the role involves

• Diagnose root causes of product returns and carry out refurbishment of returned or broken water home systems, following specifications and training provided by the Quality Manager.
• Ensure all repairs are completed correctly the first time to prevent repeat returns.
• Maintaining high standards of technical accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the Quality Manager to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements that enhance repair quality and reduce future returns.
• Be a valued member of the team communicating with your team lead to continue to improve results.
• Follow all Stand Operating Procedures and defined processes, accurately recording information in our systems.

Skills and requirements

• Work independently like a pro and know how to juggle priorities.
• GCSE or equivalent by experience.
