As the Regional Admiral Nurse , you will play a pivotal role in supporting Dementia Care Managers in the operational delivery of the My Life Strategy. Operational Support : Assist Dementia Care Managers in delivering the My Life Strategy, ensuring a high standard of dementia care across our homes.

Care and support involved

Provide evidence-based interventions, practical advice, and emotional support to families of people with dementia. Care team members, and, where appropriate, the individuals themselves. Delivering educational programs for care home team members and families living with dementia, enhancing the skills and competencies of the staff team.
