What the role involves

• Assist with Field and Office Compliance where issues are identified.
• Support our branches when necessary, conducting regular branch audits, identifying issues.
• Assist the teams to improve quality, train members in the field and office teams where needed and improve standards across the organisation.

Skills and requirements

• Use your experience and expertise in Health and Social Care to develop, actively lead.
• Experienced in caring for older people, learning disabilities, mental health. autism and other complex needs.
• A capable and confident person with the drive and passion to ensure person centred care.
• Support to the individuals receiving care.

• Auditor who is confident leading with Care Compliance and Mock Regulatory Inspection Audits.
